Unlimited outbound email
Our mail application makes communication easy. Send out email and postal messages at the click of a mouse. Choose a group (no need to keep separate mailing lists), pick a template or just type in the text, and click send. There is a test email feature to make sure you’ve got it right, and no need to worry about losing mail to spam filters – each email is sent individually, although you wouldn’t know it from the speed.
No one is left out
When group members are not online, your web site will print off address labels for those who would prefer a letter. Every email has a link at the bottom for recipients to opt out of mailings, a preference which is automatically logged in the database. And from Autumn 2009, you can send text messages to your supporters, live, mail merged, from your site.
